Chef Govind Armstrong brings his famous California style to this neighborhood eatery using only the best ingredients available. We seek out the finest local products at each of our locations and we buy from the best purveyors of humanely raised and natural meats. Everything on our menu is prepared with skill and care in our kitchens and our promise is to deliver our customer the best quality food and drinks at affordable prices, in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Our signature burgers are "The 8oz" and "The Melrose", and are made with the highest quality humanely raised, hormone-free Black Angus sirloin, blended with short rib, chuck, and tri tip. We grill our burgers over live Texas oak, giving them an unmistakable taste that is all our own. Our natural grass-fed beef, free-range turkey and bison, and homemade veggie/vegan burgers can be customized endlessly with the long list of seasonal, house-made extras, sauces, and sides. You'll love our homemade pickles, thick-cut bacon, garlic roasted tomatoes, and caramelized onions; just a few of the things we make in our own kitchen.

While "burger" is in our name, our menu is loaded with signature salads, sandwiches, and sides which have made Chef Armstrong famous. You'll find our short rib grilled cheese sandwich with caramelized onions and melted gruyere cheese, which he made for Oprah on-air after she'd been told enough times that it was "the best sandwich in America". You'll find seasonal salads and delectable small-plates with each new visit and our house made sweets are the perfect cap for a hearty meal.

Our bar and dining room have over a dozen large screen TV's, making it the premier location in Miami to watch every sports event, including all of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fights. Catch an exciting season of Miami Heat Basketball, as we welcome LeBron James and Chris Bosh, in joining Dwyane Wade in the Magic City! We'll be offering specials and discounts at every game. Also catch all of the Miami Dolphins and NFL action this season. We will be screening every game and our wide selection of draft beers and outstanding burgers make it the perfect football destination...and when we say "football", we also mean Soccer! We have the best selection of beers in town and our classically inspired cocktail menu featuring fresh squeezed juices, organic herbs, homemade mixers and syrups, expertly crafted and offered at reasonable prices. You'll find our favorite local artisan brewers here, as well as some of our favorites from around the world. Our wine list is small and smart, and always priced to please our guest.

CAPACITY, EVENTS, CATERING

8oz Miami Beach can accommodate private parties and groups up to 250 in size. You can book your next event at 8oz using just the bar side of the restaurant (up to 125 guests) for very reasonable rates. 8oz is the perfect spot for birthday parties, corporate events and functions of all kinds. Feel free to contact us about group rates, parties, and catering as well. Let us do the work at your next party or barbecue as we offer great rates on catered events.

You've probably already seen the 8oz Burger Mobile cruising around Miami Beach making large and small deliveries day and night. We deliver until ( ) from South Point to 41st Street, including the Islands nearby. Our burger mobile can deliver lunch or dinner from 1 to 100 people. Call us to deliver your office lunch, your birthday party, or your family dinner. We are always at the ready to bring you a delicious 8oz. meal.

PARKING

Free parking is available in our parking lot behind the restaurant on 11th Street and street metered parking is easy to find. Our lot is located just east of the Mondrian Hotel, a great place to grab a room if you feel a food coma coming on after a delicious 8oz meal!
